Do you know which way your spouse prefers to receive love?
In his book, The 5 Love Languages, Gary Chapman proposes that each of us has a primary love language which speaks more deeply to us than the other four. Discovering each other’s language and speaking it regularly is the best way to keep love alive in a long lasting relationship:
Words of Affirmation – using words to build up the other person. “Thanks for taking out the garbage.” As opposed to “Finally, you took the garbage out.”
Receiving Gifts – a gift communicates you were thinking of the other person.
Acts of Service – doing something for your spouse you know they would like – cooking dinner, giving a massage, cleaning their car.
Quality Time – give your spouse your undivided attention. Don’t watch TV together but have a conversation instead – listen and be present in the moment.
Physical Touch – holding hands, hugging, kissing, sexual intercourse, are all expressions of love.
"Five stars! It feels so good applying Glow to my face! It is deeply moisturizing and gives a lovely glow immediately. And the best thing is the ingredients, it feels great to use such a clean product!" - Vivian
"Tried every product out there with little success to deal with symptoms of skin. Was very surprised to see very quick results with these products. Instantly smoother skin that felt softer than it has in a long time. After a few days my skin started to clear." - Kay
"I got your probiotic moisturizing cream for Christmas from my sister and I am very happy with it. We live in Arizona so you know what that means. I haven't heard about Nayelle or probiotic skin products before but I am now here placing my own order." - Andrea
"I highly recommend the Night Cream and Facial Cleanser. The price is very reasonable given the quality of the ingredients and that it is Made in Canada. Just what I was looking for." - Hatsumi
